Christian Education
We believe it is important for all of us to participate in Christian growth and nurture. Our call to be disciples is built around growing our faith through worship, study, relationships, and action, and we integrate Christian Education with the life of the whole church.
Adults
Many opportunities for learning and connecting:
- Sunday School morning classes: 11:15 am to noon.
- Adult weekday studies: Scripture, spiritual disciplines, and faith issues.
- Guest speakers & Presbytery events
- Presbyterian Women: Monthly circles and a yearly retreat.
- Men's Breakfast: Informal monthly discussion over food.
Children
We help children know God through Creation Kids Club on Sunday mornings (11:15 am to noon), children's messages during worship, and worship bags filled with activities and stories. Each summer we hold a week-long Vacation Bible School where children experience Christ's love through storytelling, skits, crafts, music, and science.
Youth
As children grow into their tween and teen years, they begin to form their own faith. Service is central to that growth: our youth help with a local food pantry and mission work beyond our community, and we offer confirmation classes for those who have completed 8th grade.
